Adamo Sommerville
Co-owner, Consultant & Career Firefighter
Adamo Sommerville has been a firefighter for the past 7 years and loves helping young firefighters reach their career goals and potential.
Adamo began his career as a volunteer firefighter on the North Shore. After a few years, this turned into a full time position with a department in the Lower Mainland . During his time in this role, Adamo has been able to mentor and train countless young firefighters, helping them reach their full potential.
Adamo has developed a passion for teaching and passing on his knowledge and experience to the next generation of firefighters. He developed a program that focuses on teaching prospective firefighters the skills they require to develop their resume and interview abilities.
Adamo has studied Qualitative Research Methods on conversational interviewing through MIT.
Boris Boskic
Co-owner, Consultant & Career Firefighter
Boris is a veteran with over a decade of service in the Canadian Army, and brings a wealth of leadership and recruitment experience to his roles. During his last 3 years with the Department of National Defense, Boris served as Head Recruiter for the downtown core.
Transitioning to the Firefighting realm, he assumed the role of Captain of Recruitment for volunteer Firefighter intakes in Washington State, US, where he specialized as a lead interviewer and question bank builder. Currently, Boris serves as their Training Officer, leveraging his knowledge to mentor and train the next generation of firefighters.
Simultaneously, Boris is a full time Firefighter with in the Lower Mainland , where he works as a HAZMAT Technician and EVO Instructor.
